Kathy is a 30+ year resident of the East Side area, has been a REALTOR® and Associate Broker with Tomie Raines, Inc. since 1995, and knows the greater Lansing real estate market well. Kathy is a retired art teacher, a national champion martial artist, and an experienced yoga instructor. She is said to have her “Black Belt in Real Estate.”
Kathy is very involved in community service in the greater Lansing area. Kathy has led many fundraising benefits for Mid-Michigan Recovery Services (MMRS), Meals on Wheels, the Tri- County Office on Aging, the Children’s Miracle Network, Coaches for Kids, Recovery Advocacy-Capital Area Project VOX, and WAI-IAM, LLC . She has also run for Ingham County Commissioner. Kathy’s experiences, her positive attitude, and self-discipline coupled with her real estate expertise allow her to provide unparalleled service to her real estate clients.
